How Sessions Work
During our one to one sessions, we look in depth at your unwanted behaviour and look to replace them with more desired behaviour patterns, as well as looking at building confidence at the same time.
In some cases where clients are very motivated and committed to their sessions, results can happen very quickly and sometimes we need to take the treatment a little slower in order to make sure everything is resolved.
Following each session we will review the progress and together we will discuss the next course of action, but we will never advise you to have extra sessions that we believe will not provide any further benefit.
The number of sessions needed depend on both the individual and the issue at hand, for example smoking can typically take 1-2 sessions to break the habit.
